Privacy notice.

A clear explanation of what happens to the information you share when you contact us about a project.

Who to contact

This notice covers the enquiry form on mindinstinct.com, presented under the brand MIND INSTINCT. For questions about your information or to exercise your rights, contact office@mindinstinct.com.

What we receive

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address and the project description you choose to provide. These fields are needed to understand your request and reply. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential credentials.

The form also uses a request identifier and hashed security records to limit abuse and prevent duplicate submissions. The hosting service may keep technical request logs, such as IP addresses, access times and browser information, for operating and protecting the website.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry to respond, discuss feasibility and take steps towards a potential project at your request. Where your enquiry concerns a contract with you, this is pre-contractual processing. For enquiries made on behalf of an organisation, the purpose is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Security records support our legitimate interest in keeping the form reliable and preventing abuse.

Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. The form does not send your message to an AI model or make automated decisions about you.

How it is handled

The form sends your enquiry by email to office@mindinstinct.com using our web hosting and email services. Your reply address is included so we can respond directly. Those services process information as part of delivering and storing the message.

The application does not keep a separate database of project enquiries. Your message may remain in the email conversation and associated provider backups. For information about the providers handling a particular enquiry, processing locations or any international transfer arrangements, contact us at the address above.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond, assess a potential project and manage the related correspondence. If a project goes ahead, relevant information may become part of its contractual records and be retained for applicable legal or contractual obligations. You can ask us about a specific enquiry or request its deletion.

The form evaluates anti-abuse records within a 10-minute window. These records contain hashes and timestamps rather than the message text; the files themselves can remain until the hosting service clears its temporary storage. Hosting logs and email backups follow the relevant service's retention arrangements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact office@mindinstinct.com to make a request. We may need information to verify that the request relates to you.

You can also raise a concern with the data-protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement took place.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not include third-party tracking scripts. Its artwork, fonts and application files are served without external font or AI-service requests.
